I have paid my membership dues, but am not receiving the Journal of Veterinary Cardiology.  What should I do?
The ESVC secretary provides an updated membership list with mailing details to the Journal Publisher (Elsevier) as soon as a new member joins.  However, the Journal Publisher is then responsible for adding any new member to the complimentary journal subscription list.  If you are a current member of the ESVC, and have not received a journal issue (the journal is published semi-annually), please contact Elsevier to correct this problem.

My copy of JVC is being sent to my old address.  How do I fix this?
It is most likely that either ESVC or the Journal Publisher has not updated their records.  If your address is listed correctly in the membership directory, then you will need to contact Elsevier to correct the error.

I paid my membership dues, but I am not listed in the membership directory.  Why?
The ESVC webmaster updates the membership list at the beginning of each month.  Therefore, if you join in January, your name will appear in early February on the list (and so on).  If you are certain that you are a current member, but do not see your name and details in the membership directory, please contact ESVC by filling in the Member Feedback form.

My email needs updating.  Who do I contact?
The ESVC maintains an email listserve to notify members of important issues concerning the society.  If you need to update your email for this listserve, please contact ESVC by filling in the Member Feedback form.
